Additionally, we may collect other types of Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you make a purchase, participate in surveys or questionnaires, or enter a contest. Should you provide feedback about our platforms or services via email, we will collect your name and email address to facilitate our response.
To enhance our services for you, we may request your participation in confidential surveys. However, we do not require you to disclose any personally identifiable data in relation to these surveys, although we do connect your responses with your Personal Information. If you choose not to partake in a survey, you can simply decline when invited.
