    • How can I get free shipping?

     

    Within Canada: orders over 60 CAD.

    Within the United States: orders over 60 USD.

    Areas other than North America: orders over 150 USD.

    • Can I return or exchange my order?

     

    We understand that each cat has a unique personality and may not like the product their hoomans chose for them. So we offer free returns or exchanges on your purchase within 30 days of order delivery. Used, altered or damaged items will not be accepted. Contact us at lukamoo@pm.me with your order # to request a return or exchange.

    • When can I get the refund?

     

    After we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method for the full amount you paid for the item(s). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.

     

    • How can I modify my order information? 

     

    If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

    Yes. We know pets are a part of your family, and we want to provide them with the best! Lukamoo only sells products made from environment-friendly, non-toxic, and BPA-free materials.
